On August 9, 2023, the graduation ceremony of the assembly line reserve management talent training course (Phase 1) was held in the first training room.

The training course started on April 18, 2023 and end on July 21, 2023, lasting for three months.

This training mainly focuses on three aspects: theoretical level, assembly skills, and maintenance skills of the trainees. Finally, the learning outcomes of the trainees will be assessed through Q&A and practical operation.

A total of 15 students successfully graduated from this training, among whom two students stood out with excellent grades and were awarded a prize of 1000 yuan.

At the graduation ceremony, Senior Manager of the Production Department, Shi Minghui, highly affirmed the results of the training and fully recognized the students present. He encouraged them to learn, ask, and do more, improve their technical level through practical work and learning, and strive to become the backbone of the company's management talents.
